The C3 Summit is an annual, invitation-only experience that brings together Baton Rouge’s boldest cross-sector leaders for an afternoon of alignment, activation, and community-driven strategy.
Rooted in creativity, collaboration, and capacity, the summit is designed to strengthen the ecosystem of organizations, practitioners, and partners working to transform urban communities from within. From curated peer learning to strategic knowledge exchange, C3 is more than a convening—it’s a commitment to building the future, together.
Originally inspired by our Social Innovation Summit, C3 continues MetroMorphosis’ tradition of investing in local leadership and accelerating solutions grounded in proximity, purpose, and people.

Trust, Power & Prosperity: Building Community Economies That Work for Everyone
Prosperity matters, and so does who gets to shape it.
Every neighborhood in Baton Rouge already has an economy: the barber who knows everyone on the block, the auntie catering out of her kitchen, the young person with a business plan and no one to call. As new investment flows into the city, the question isn't whether Baton Rouge will grow. It's who that growth will be for. Real prosperity depends on trust, shared power, and decisions made with the people closest to the work, not for them.
Powered by MetroMorphosis, we present C3 Summit 2026: Trust, Power & Prosperity. This invitation-only, half-day experience is built around the three Cs: Creativity, Collaboration, and Capacity. It brings together the people shaping Metro Baton Rouge's economy: community change agents, people building and running organizations, small-business owners, local funders, and elected officials.
Together, we'll work through one shared challenge:
How might we shift resources, relationships, and decision-making so communities most affected by disinvestment can define, access, and lead their own economic future?
Attendees will:
- Practice leadership in action through hands-on activities rooted in the 3 Cs: Creativity, Collaboration, and Capacity
- Work through real challenges alongside people from across the Metro Baton Rouge area
- Build relationships in a small, intentional space made for genuine connection
- Help shape a shared vision for a Baton Rouge where talent and prosperity stay right here at home
The C3 Summit is where conversation turns into action. Together, we can move from economic growth to shared prosperity. Don’t miss your opportunity to take part.
