The Urban Leadership Development Initiative (ULDI) is now accepting applications for Cohort 11.
Over the past decade, ULDI has equipped individuals across Baton Rouge and beyond to deepen their leadership practice, challenge systems, and create lasting impact in their communities. With over 100 alumni, the fellowship has sparked initiatives, influenced policy, and helped build a stronger ecosystem of community-driven leadership.
This isn’t just a program—it’s a movement grounded in equity, purpose, and collective action.
