The Urban Congress on African- American Males, a strategy of MetroMorphosis, is committed to improving outcomes for Black males in Baton Rouge. Connected to that, are those issues impacting the lives of girls and women in Baton Rouge. Chief Executive Catalyst, Raymond A.
