That belief lives at the heart of the Urban Leadership Development Initiative (ULDI). Since its inception, ULDI has cultivated a network of individuals committed to applying their leadership practice toward building thriving communities.
We’re excited to share that applications for ULDI Cohort 11 open on April 1.
This is your moment to invest in the future of movement-building—by identifying and encouraging those actively practicing leadership in their communities, and perhaps, by reflecting on your own role within that practice. Whether their work happens in nonprofit boardrooms, on neighborhood blocks, or through entrepreneurial ventures—or whether you’ve been part of our mission for years or are just stepping into it—we invite you to take action.
